BEEF & VEAL
We can offer all manufacturing cuts and offals from UK and EU approved sites. Our core business is frozen raw meat items including Trimmings, Pad membrane Trim, Boneless meat for dicing, Offal and Baader meat products. We have strong ties to most of the largest beef producers in the UK.
LAMB & MUTTON
Dedicated in majority to UK and Irish products, this is where our demand is. In addition we have great links to Northern Spain for some of the largest producers of Mutton and Lamb.
POULTRY
Our core range includes items from Chicken, Turkey and Duck. In majority our items would consist of Wings, Necks, Offal and Baader from various processes. We can offer boneless items to manufacturers like Breast trim, thigh meat and a handful of Hen items. Most of our sites within the UK will be Halal and Red Tractor. We can offer Free Range and Organic supplies subject to demand, this would apply to Turkey and Chicken.
GAME & EXOTIC
Seasonal and all year Long availably on some of our key products like Goat, Venison, Pheasant and Rabbit from EU. We can also offer the far exotic from Zebra and Ostrich where requested.
